Delivery

All orders over £50 are shipped to you free of charge. Orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge of £10. Additional surcharges will apply for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

Some of our regional dealers offer their own premium installation service. If you do not opt for this, the oven will be shipped to you on a pallet under standard shipping listed below.

Lead times for pallet kerbside delivery are 3-5 working days.

Our standard kerbside delivery occurs through a third-party courier. Our courier will drop the oven outside your property on a pallet. Your oven will come strapped, wrapped and shrink-wrapped to a Euro pallet measuring approximately 1.2m x 1.2m. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-gate lift. Please ensure you have space to receive the delivery lorry and the pallet. You’ll need additional lifters to bring it through to your garden, as the oven and base are heavy. You’ll also need to dispose of the pallet and packaging yourself. Our courier operates Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

Can the courier easily access your house?

If you are based in a city, please ensure there are no:

• Daytime restrictions for delivery vehicles
• Parking restrictions
• Weight limits
• Time limits
• Bus lanes
• Pedestrian-only areas

If you live in the country, please ensure there are no:

• Overhanging trees or obstructions
• Soft or uneven surfaces
• Narrow streets / lanes

For shipping upgrades please contact our Customer Support team via email or telephone after you have paid for your order.

Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the oven. Please take time to unpack and inspect your oven.

DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR OVEN WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST.

If any damage has been caused during shipping, you MUST make a note of this on the delivery note and immediately notify Nostra Italia Ltd t/a Alfa Ovens UK on 07834273600.

By signing the delivery receipt WITHOUT noting damage, you have legally acknowledged receiving the goods in perfect condition and are providing the carrier with a clean receipt. This mitigates your chance to prove the goods were damaged before arriving at your premises and you could be left with no recourse for your damaged oven.

Premium white glove delivery and assembly service*

Alternatively, we offer a two-man premium White Glove delivery and assembly service where we will deliver and assemble your oven at your property. This is popular for oven and  able configurations, and larger ovens. Please note that this service may delay your delivery slightly and is only currently available up to the A59 – so the most northern white glove delivery is effectively Harrogate.

If ordering a commercial oven, we will need to discuss specialist delivery and lifting equipment separately.

If you cancel your White Glove delivery within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will be recharged in full for rebooking the service.

Due to the high demand for our White Glove service, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
